We’re hiring for a well-established events company in Dubai, active in the market for 15+ years. They’re now expanding and looking for three experienced Events Project Managers to join their growing team.
We need people who’ve handled events from A to Z. That means the full cycle: concept, budgeting, planning, vendor and team coordination, client communication, execution, and post-event wrap-up. If your experience covers only part of the process, this won’t be the role for you.

About the Role
You’ll be managing corporate events, product launches, exhibitions, and conferences no two projects are the same, and that’s exactly the point. You’ll be expected to run things independently, while also collaborating with internal teams, clients, suppliers, and vendors.
Key responsibilities:
As a Project Manager, you'll be responsible for driving complex event projects forward. From briefing to execution, your role is to keep everything aligned timelines, budgets, people, and expectations.
You’ll work closely with clients, suppliers, venues, and internal teams. It’s a mix of planning, coordination, problem-solving, and leading on-site execution. You’ll need to manage competing priorities, stay calm under pressure, and make quick decisions when it counts.
You’ll need to be extremely organized, proactive, and confident making decisions quickly. Strong communication skills are a must you’ll often be the glue between teams and the calm in the storm on event days.
This role isn’t for someone looking to learn as they go. We’re after professionals who already know the industry, know what it takes, and want to work on high-level projects with serious impact.

Salary: AED 25,000 per month
Hybrid work setup: 3 days from home, 2 from the office (unless there’s an event week)
Car requirement: You’ll need your own vehicle, and they’ll cover fuel costs based on UAE law
Vacation: 23 working days of annual leave, with a possibility to extend to 30

Learning & development: AED 5,000 yearly learning budget
