Thrive Through HR is growing fast, and we need a Growth Hacker who’s obsessed with data, optimization, and experimentation. This isn’t a role for someone who just "does marketing" - we need a strategic, numbers-driven thinker who can find creative ways to drive engagement, sign-ups, and conversions.
You’ll work across multiple channels - social, paid ads, content, automation - to test and scale what works.
❀ 2+ years in growth marketing, performance marketing, or digital marketing.
❀ A track record of experimentation and driving measurable growth.
❀ Strong analytical and automation skills (Google Analytics, HubSpot, Mixpanel, etc.).
❀ Creative and resourceful - you don’t need a huge budget to get big results.
